PUBLIC COMMENTS ARE DUE TO EGLE JULY 20th - A WEEK FROM TODAY

Help us stop the Northshore marina by writing to the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) and telling them to deny the applicant’s permits. The proposed marina:

  • Violates Michigan’s Critical Dunes Act

  • Violates Michigan’s Inland Lakes and Streams Act

  • Violates the Public Trust – the government’s obligation to preserve natural and cultural resources for the common good

Comments must be submitted no later than Thursday, July 20. Here are tips on what to say. Here’s the link to the form to use to submit your comments.
