Tomorrow: Join the Coastal Alliance

We are hoping for a great turnout at tomorrow evening’s Public Hearing!

Please join us to tell Michigan’s Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) to deny NorthShore of Saugatuck’s marina permit application, which violates Michigan’s Inland Lakes & Streams Act and Critical Dunes Act.

The hearing is at 6 p.m. Eastern tomorrow evening, July 10.

You can register in advance here. Or use the link to join the meeting when it starts. EGLE will allow time for public comment and it’s important that all of us speak up. EGLE will begin the meeting with a Q&A. They will likely allot up to 2-3 minutes for each person to talk during the comment period. See below for tips on what to say.

In addition to attending the Public Hearing, please submit a written PublicComment to EGLE no later than Thursday, July 20.
