Township ZBA Resumes Deliberations on Thursday

Saugatuck Township’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will reconvene at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, to continue the process of determining whether the Coastal Alliance meets the new criteria for standing to challenge the Township’s decision to issue NorthShore of Saugatuck a marina permit in 2017. The meeting begins at 4 p.m. at Township Hall. 

At their last meeting on May 30, the ZBA discussed what evidence it will consider in making its decision. We don’t know the specific agenda or focus for Thursday’s meeting, though it should include a discussion of the evidence the ZBA has decided to consider.
